• All dahlia tubers are grown and handpicked on our farm. We take great care to ensure that all tubers are healthy and viable for planting.
• Tubers are inspected before shipping, but please note that dahlia tubers are living organisms and may occasionally experience minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., slight scars or wrinkles) that do not affect their ability to grow.
While we strive to ensure that our tubers are free from disease, we cannot guarantee that they are completely disease-free.
Ordering & Availability
• All orders for dahlia tubers are subject to availability. If for some reason a tuber is not available, you will be refunded for that tuber.
• Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation, which includes a summary of your order.
Shipping & Delivery
• Items will only be shipped to destinations within the continental US. We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail and aim to ship all orders once the weather in Michigan is above freezing, usually late April or early May.
Shipping is a flat $15.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an address error occurs, please notify us immediately. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
• Local pick-up at the farmstand is also available at no charge. If desired, please select this option at checkout. We will contact you when your items are ready for pick-up.
Refunds
• Damaged or Defective Tubers: If your tubers arrive damaged or are not viable, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to either replace the tubers or issue a refund. Please provide clear photos of the damage for our records.
• Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders where the customer has simply changed their mind.

Privacy & Security
• We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is protected and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to process your order (e.g., with our shipping carrier).
• Secure payment processing is handled through Shopify.
Liability
• While we take every care to provide healthy and high-quality tubers, we are not responsible for issues caused by improper planting, care, or environmental factors beyond our control, such as weather or pests.
• Customers are responsible for following the planting and care instructions provided with each order.
Changes to This Policy
• Springvale Stems reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the date of the change.
